- (4) Shower floor drain is also internally sealed with epoxy ensuring a complete guard against water penetration.
- (5) New silicone is installed to the internal of the shower screen as a safe guard to contain water within the shower recess .
- (6) All taps regardless of type are sealed internally with silicone to prevent water back drop behind the tiles.
- (7) Shower head is removed and sealed with silicone to prevent water back drop behind the tiles.
- (8) A quality penetrating sealer is applied to the complete shower recess sealing any hair line fractures to tiles and re enforcing the two part grout system from stains making the shower recess much easier to clean and maintain.

- (4) As an extra protection a lower perimeter epoxy seal is installed to ensure successful seal.
- (5) Tiles and new grout will be barrier protected with our quality penetrating sealer to complete the total barrier and assisting with maintenance of grouted joints.
